Architectural firms

Architect’s should be busy with following 3 things only:-

  1. Grabbing a project. Needs to be ahead of the competition.
  2. Continue the project. Needs to be client responsive, ahead of other competitors grabbing your project by undercutting, etc. Setting up a higher standard of deliverables in the building market, architect wishes his/her office should be known for. Timely submission.
  3. Getting paid for the project. Timely payments at intervals. Minimise the risk of non-payment. Setting up a fees standard in the building market, below which you will not accept.

To achieve these things, hire proper personnel. Lay down standard office procedures. Follow local codes, taxes regime and build up a good profile. Sometimes diversification to accept interior jobs also will help…..I think you are on your way……now…. ask yourself and get more contextual intelligent answers.

Definitely go with Pure Maids https://puremaids.ca/service/move-in-out They offer move out cleaning specifically for homeowners who are selling and want to make a good impression for the new owners. They’ll clean everything thoroughly — from the kitchen to the garage — and leave it spotless. It’s a great gesture and can help prevent any last-minute issues at closing. They’ve helped us twice now, and both times the buyers were very impressed.

We just sold our house and the closing date is next week. We’re already packing and moving into our new place, but we want to make sure we leave the old house perfectly clean for the buyers. Is there a service that does detailed move out cleaning?
