In the process of waste tire treatment, the crushing and sorting link can not be separated from a series of mechanical equipment.
The first is the tire crusher, which has a unique construction and is equipped with multiple sets of blades made of high-strength alloy steel and driven by high-power motors. In the face of waste tires of different sizes and tough materials, after the crusher is opened, the blade rotates at high speed, cutting and tearing the tire into large pieces with strong shear force and impact force. This process significantly reduces the volume of the tire, making it easier to handle later.
After the initial broken tire fragments then enter the magnetic separator. The magnetic separator uses a strong magnetic field generated by itself, when the tire debris mixed with rubber, steel wire, etc., passes through, the ferromagnetic steel wire is attracted by the magnetic field and is adsorbed to the collection device of the magnetic separator, thus separating it from other non-magnetic materials such as rubber. The separated steel wire can be directly recycled and used in steel smelting and other industries to achieve effective recycling of resources. Then, the eddy current separator begins to work, which is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, and can accurately separate non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper mixed in rubber fragments, further improve the recycling degree of waste tires, and create favorable conditions for subsequent recycling.
